User warranties

Changes
ELECTROLUX reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of this Agreement in whole or in part, at any time. Changes in this Agreement will be effective when notice of such change is posted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any change to this Agreement are posted will be considered acceptance of those changes.
ELECTROLUX may terminate, change, correct any errors or omissions in any portion of the Site, make any other changes to the Site, the materials and the products, programs, services or prices (if any) described in the Site, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Site, including the availability of any features of the Site, at any time without notice. ELECTROLUX may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or the entire Site without notice or liability. Duty to mitigate losses.

General Information for Masterclasses
Promotional Offer: The Masterclasses are premium cooking courses hosted by a range of top chefs and experts from across the country. There are two dates available for each of the courses at each venue.
There are only places for one course on offer at any one time. The website pages within www.perfunkt.com/masterclasses provide full details of the course and the two dates on offer. Limit of 2 tickets per Masterclass venue (irrespective of date) per person.
The Cost of a single place on a Masterclasses is: €89.00 (inclusive of booking fees and VAT at 19%)
Further details for the booking of future Masterclasses will be available on the website after the date of the proceeding Masterclass, although advanced information may be available prior to the booking. Booking and Payment
Each class event has the capacity for 26 guests, therefore meaning that 52 places are available over the two days. The closing date of each Masterclass offer is two weeks prior to the start date of the class or when the class numbers are full.
The booking of places for any of the Masterclasses is via the www.perfunkt.com/masterclasses and on the official booking form.
After booking a place and following receipt of a confirmation e-mail with a unique code will be sent via e-mail to the recipients e-mail address. The confirmation e-mail must be produced at the event to confirm the booking.
By taking up the offer all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and any other requirements set out in the promotional material. Reservations are personal and may not be transferred to a third party. As such, on entry, proof of reservation will be requested by the presentation of the reservation code provided in the confirmation e-mail.
Payment for tickets will be taken on arrival at the relevant venue and on presentation of the confirmation e-mail. A payment must be made upon arrival by cash, credit or debit card. A receipt for the amount paid will be provided.

The Masterclasses are available to adults aged 18 or over. Unfortunately the offer is not available for any employees of AEG, its associated companies, agencies and those professionally connected with the promotion. The offer is only open to private individuals. No trade personnel allowed
AEG reserves the right to change its prices at any time but the Masterclasses will be charged on the basis of the prices in force at the time the customer / internet user confirms the order.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative Masterclass of similar or greater value. In exceptional circumstances AEG reserves the right to postpone or to cancel a Masterclass in the event of failure by a contributor or an insufficient number of enrolments or any circumstances beyond AEG’s reasonable control. If the Masterclass cannot be rescheduled on another date convenient to the customers, the money paid for the service will be repaid in full but there will be no further liability on the part of AEG of whatever nature.
