Just when you think you know all there is to know about steak, Wolfgang Otto will show you there’s so much more to discover en route to the perfect steak. Wolfgang will share the various breeds he uses to create his succulent steaks, before revealing his own unique art of preparation. Taste exotic meats such as the Nobel Waygu Kobe-style beef, spicy Bison and a dry-aged Irish Hereford steak. Over a further two hours, Wolfgang will then cook one of his famous steak meals. Dine on a superb three-course menu while learning top tricks of the trade, so you can recreate the perfect steak at home.
No one knows the characteristics of meat as well as Wolfgang Otto. Just over five years ago, Wolfgang Otto and his two brothers Stephan and Michael, formed the meat supply company Otto Gourmet to deliver the best meat to gourmet restaurants and delicatessens throughout Germany. As a testament to Wolfgang Otto’s devotion to finding and supplying the best meat he can find; his business has become “A benchmark of excellence”.
He has also co-written the award winning title “Good Meat” and teaches at various culinary schools across Germany and America, including ‘Die Genuss Akademie’ in Frankfurt.
